Unlucky.....their three were all offside, well they were in the Madders household.
Once again, well done Cheltenham.

Why is this on the Gloucester Rugby forum? It is neither Gloucester nor rugby.

That said, the first two City goals were offside, even if only marginally.

I thought the 2nd was, the first it was a 'non interfering with play' player who was off. Great performance nonetheless.

Don't like the not interfering rule, simply by being there they are interfering in the play as they distract defenders and dilute the defensive set up.

Great performance from CTFC - gave a City a good game, and gave them a bit of a scare too for a good part of it. A shame there wasn't a full house at Whaddon Road to see it, but the fans will be back eventually, just like at Kingsholm.

Ben Tozer was immense all game - a true captain's performance and fully deserved the Man of the Match award.

Now push on for promotion into League One, boys.

Did the town, and the county, proud.

Went there to a match a couple of year’s ago, was really surprised by the hospitality in the clubhouse, especially as I was with the visiting fans....pretty sure at the time they were serving a very good pint of Butty Bach...good banter and grub inside.

Then went out to the terrace/seating and the schizophrenic nature of football kicked in coming up to KO. Police and stewards treat fans like animals...and the disgusting fayre that was served up was just as bland as the entertainment on the pitch.....strange place. Haven’t been back again.
I'd love to agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong....

+ 1.

I am relieved though that it hasn't someone got onto something like " Cips could have been a professional football player " (or the like ) . Whoops' I hope I haven't legitimised the tread
