As for players leaving yes when their contracts expire or if their contracts are bought out but as there won't be loads of spare cash around in the game offers may be few leaving players from wherever clinging to their existing contracts to provide an income.

Change has to happen but with the several rich owners around I think they may look upon this situation as an opportunity to splurge the cash where others can't afford to so they get to the top of the pile.
It really needs the 7 or 8 'normal' clubs to stand together tell the super rich to go away & create their own super rich European league whilst they then focus on English Club rugby hopefully supported by the RFU - this may condemn Glos to a future away from the very top table but at least they should survive & prosper

We appear to be losing quite a few high profile players but that money doesn't appear to be being invested back into the team, Jonny May apart, I assume Ealing Trailfinders players do not cost the big bucks.

With CVC now buying into the Pro14, what the "normal clubs" think is not going to matter. There will be fewer teams around, so the money does not have to go so far, not sure MsQ would want to be part of that, however, as he never says anything, not sure what MsQ wants.

Who are the high-profile players who are leaving? Owen Williams is rumoured, Braley to Italy, Kriel has gone already. Who are the others in this quite a few?

As our PR department appears to have been furloughed a quick Google puts the following in the frame:

Williams
Braley
Banahan
Hohneck
Sharples
Dreyer
Kriel

Might be total rubbish, and once the PR peeps return they could quickly put them to bed, but maybe they are content for all this rumour to continue.

Both Sharples and Banahan have said, on their own social media that they are not going anywhere.

Braley we knew about, Kriel already gone. Williams reported to Japan but nothing official yet.

That leaves Hohneck and Dreyer - rumours/conjecture only at this stage.

Hardly 'quite a few' high profile players leaving.

Yeah bloody useless PR department not commenting on:
Williams - talks ongoing?
Braley - confirmed leaving
Banahan - confirmed he's staying
Hohneck - talks ongoing?
Sharples - confirmed he's staying
Dreyer - was on a club Zoom call earlier a couple of weeks ago so may now be staying
Kriel - already left

I may come across as an apologist for the club but let's not chuck negativity about on here when it's not really warranted, just for the sake of it.

Well said OT. Think the clubs management have lot more important things on their plate than confirming fans conjecture of who is leaving. Keep head above water financially for 1

Interesting you have chosen a very specific example.
With respect to Shawnsheep, not many have endorsed his example.

Question for you.

How would you describe Gloucester Rugby’s Current corporate Media reputation.
Positive or negative?
Who Within GR influences that?
