So how many Sale players are on furlough level salaries?...Is this really the same paper that destroyed Nigel Wray?
I'd love to agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong....

Could be 2 teams relegated from the premiership this season if this proves to be correct. apart from fraud charges if they are claiming furlough payments for any of the staff involved .Diamond and co caught bending the rules to try and gain a fitness edge once the ban is lifted. Could be very bad for Sale if this is true

Well I assume they have brought the players and coaches out of furlough yesterday. If that wasn't the plan, it is now thanks to the Daily Mail!

Out of interest if their players are furloughed, as Gloucester players are, would training count as working?

I would guess so as training is seen as part of their working week

Training together at the club - yes. Training at home, i.e., working out - no. And even if it did - there is no way anyone could police that.

I’d be interested to know the official line on that.
If a furloughed teacher is giving online classes would that class as work?
I’m not casting aspersions on anyone just wondering

If a fuloughed player, or teacher, was to take on extra work picking fruit and veg, how would that work? Asking for an industry.

As far as I understand that’s fine. Just can’t work in your profession. It’s tricky which is why I’m not sure Sale players training would be classed as working
