Is this the same Simon that fell and broke his ankle leaving Cheltenham Racecourse a few years ago ?

It IS the same Simon!

Simon and I completed 26.43 miles today and I’m now in bed feeling sorry for myself.

I also went over 1500 miles in my quest to walk 1800 by 16/12/20

If you can help:

I always found, as unpleasant as it was at the time, to take a cold bath after such distances. Waist deep in cold water for 10 minutes or so certainty helped all the muscles (bar one  ). However, next morning I felt considerably better for it.

Hope your body is bearing up well. I think it’s a cracking effort!

Thanks KPB - have reached 1570 miles too. Not far to go.

Arrival of our granddaughter has certainly put a spring in my step too!

Allen'5 Trek update. I have reached 1619 miles of the 1800 target (did 17 miles yesterday). Please see if you can help me reach my financial target and tell others of this worthy cause.
