I agree about the 'lost the dressing room' expression.....it's up there with 'for the badge;...but senior player power certainly exists. There's an excellent film on the BT Sports app called 'Too Good to go Down' and player power behind the back of the incumbent coaching team.....its about Man Utd relegation to Div 2 in the 70s.
