What a privilege that Graham was allowed a lap of honour, at a full house at Kingsholm, following his retirement. Rest in Peace Sir.

A very sad loss indeed, condolences to his family. The undisputed king of stadium announcers and along with the dodgy PA system, the sound of Kingsholm for decades. I trust and expect a suitable tribute on Friday and indeed when we can all return. A lasting memorial would not be inappropriate either.

So sad to hear this, the first voice that I and my family all remember of Kingsholm. RIP and condolences to all the family.

What l liked about Graham is he spoke to us as one of us, and made the occasional mistake. His “Mike Hunt” announcement had us in fits , followed a few minutes later by “ I think I’ve been had”.
Brilliant.

Brilliant.

I’m sure he followed that with “I think that was sent in by his brother Isaac”

Mike is a real person though, comedic as it was..
