Who knows with Gloucester, we are so inconsistent! Probably 8th/ 9th but I'd be delighted with 6th or higher.

45% currently predicting 10th or worse….it will be interesting to see how that moves during the season. We were finishing the season strongly until the Covid cancellations….but for obvious reasons we haven’t been able to recruit well compared to others and lacking cover in the front 5 and for that reason I’m in the pessimistic camp.
I'd love to agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong....

I went for 8th. I can’t see us troubling the playoffs but we should have too much to be very worried about relegation. We made progress towards the end of last season, I’m counting on it continuing.

I hope Hastings plays well and often and gives us some much needed control from 10.

I’m assuming that the same points allocation will result for COVID cancellations this season as well?

I went for 10th, think a few could struggle more than us, hopefully. I agree with GB83, think the squad looks thin and as much as it is good news that we are recruiting from the academy (and yes we realise money is tight) there still has to be quality acquisition from it, not just use it to make up the numbers.

Mid table I think. Whilst other teams have recruited well, there's been wholesale changes at Wuss and Tiggers, and big changes at others. Be interesting to see how Cips fits into the culture at Bath- Cant see him being conductor, general and chief bottle washer there tbh. In my experience, root and branch shift in personnel in any context takes time to bed in - Forming, storming, norming, performing and all that.

From what I read, watch and feel from the interviews and comments from GS and the coaches and the players, the unity and togetherness is the best I can remember. It's a cliche but you can't train that and can't buy it either. Think our ethos and culture will be integral this year, while I think other teams might take a season to settle. Perhaps overly happy-clappy, but I'm fully bought in to GS and the guys, so hope my confidence is well-founded. #fingerscrossedemoji

9th. Feeling pessimistic about this season. Pre-season results are meaningless, but the lack of composure and precision are not.

Last 10mins against Ealing? I'll accept the desire to avoid injury, but giving away so many pens in that period was not a good omen for the coming season.

8th - front 5 not strong enough yet.

I've gone for sixth - crowds returning should make a difference this season at Kingsholm.
