At a guess are you saying these are the attendance figures for the first home game of the season at Kingsholm going back to 2007?

I can't see the attendance being close to 14,298 as in 2016.

I predict between 10,000 and 12,000.

I really hope it's a decent crowd tonight, though there were a lot of empty seats at the games I watched on the telly last week. Going to be a long day at work waiting for this evening for me! Very excited to be back

Had a look at the ticket website and most areas of the ground have good availability still. Think it could be around 10,000 or less unfortunately.

Maybe 12,000 there tonight and I might be being optimistic.

I'm sure in one of his interviews on BT when they were pushing for fans to be in LB gave a break even figure for attendances at Kingsholm, can anyone remember that figure?

There hasn't been a great deal of good news at Gloucester recently. That coupled with sport in general seeing reduced attendances since crowds were back, I fear that attendances at Kingsholm will decline this season. However a winning team can change that and rebuilding fortress Kingsholm starting tonight.

Tbh I think there are external factors to consider. We are still in an active pandemic, as much as people would like to believe otherwise, which could be preventing people from attending either by choice or having to self isolate.

Then when you look at the rising cost of living you have to imagine that there are a few people for whom an evening at Kingsholm might not be on the cards at the moment.

None of those are going to help.

Hopefully those who are able to attend have something to cheer tonight!

And it can't help when you have a non functioning ticket office as far as enquiries go.

Will attendance be actual bums on seats/standers or all STHs irrespective + other tickets sold.

Quite a discrepancy between the 2 figures. Until I feel much safer re. Covid and vaccination-effect I won't be attending any large gatherings (mask or no mask).
Nothing wrong with free speech or having an opinion - as long as it matches mine !!
