Mike Ford would appear to be due for release from his duties at Toulon. Fabien Galthié to be appointed coach.

Is he a head coach or an aspiring DoR......do we even need both? e.g. Wasps have a a DoR (Dai Young) and just a number of specialist coaches and performance specialists, including one Andy Titterall as asst. forwards coach.
Here's to the nights I'll never remember with the friends I'll never forget...

room for Jackman in the coaching conundrum mash-up debate?

looks like he lost the dressing room at Grenoble because he was too mean and banned pudding! sounds a proper tyrant...with his hard training and cutting cr@p from players' diet.

wonder if there's ever been creme brulee in the CG changing rooms

One thing we do need which can don't think we have had for a few years is a seperate lineout coach. By seperate I mean not the forwards/scrum coach. Get a creative, ex-second row in like Borthwick does for England or Blaze at Tiggers.

IMO, on the playing side, we should have:
DoR and/or head coach
Scrum coach (Woodman)
Lineout coach
Defence coach (Bell)
Backs/attack/skills coach (Taylor)
Kicking coach

I think Taylor may currently be doing the kicking coach but too? But I'm not sure we have a specialist lineout coach or who is even running it? Was it Fisher?

According to the Rugby Paper if Ackerman rejects our offer we will be after Simon Easterby currently Ireland's forwards coach.
