Although we're desperately short, Saints are missing a few key men. Horne has been good for them, as has Groom and Lawes on the bench.

Their backline looks handy, Tom Collins and George North up against DH and Purdy. Hopefully, our guys can up their game from last week.

Their back row looks decent, with Lawes to come off the bench.

Hopefully Thrush's demotion to the bench will fire him up when he comes on.

This seems like last men standing but surprised that Thrush isn't starting given his interview saying he was taking on sorting the lineout.
Bit odd but much prefer the Savage/Slater pairing as they are 2 100%ers.

'demotion'? Sure it's not rotation?

Would have liked to have seen Ruan given a rest to bring him back to full throttle and I half expected the new hooker to be in the match day squad.
Really hopeful for this one.

I imagine we're all hopeful (especially of a reaction), though not necessarily with too high expectations
