Henry Trinder magic - sheer delight

Henry Trinder magic - sheer delight

I decided to take my camera yesterday and managed to get a few shots of Henry's magnificent first try. In answer to a question on another thread, it was Lewis Ludlow who gave Willi the nod to go left rather than right. Henry's Incredible strength, acceleration and balance got him over the line, and Willi was clearly happy.

I'll take the camera again if this is the result! :)

Great shots, it was his SECOND try though!

Fair play to Heinz and Ludlow though, it wasn't as if there was an overlap, there will still plenty of cover in front of Trinder, but good luck stopping him yesterday.

And yes, please continue to take the camera along if this is the result. Maybe take it to the wreck in a few weeks (but get a waterproof cover for it first in that dump!)

Great stuff L.O. Henry had no business scoring that try ... I imagine there will be quite a bit of “chat” about it at f.g. ...

Nice shots!

I may be out of touch/date, but I thought there was some daft rule about not allowing other than official cameras in the ground?

You are right glawfindel. The protocol here:

http://www.gloucesterrugby.co.uk/news/7767.php#.Wds4WBNSyEI

allows photography - as long as it's not for commercial gain, and it's using "camera phones or basic digital cameras".

So I'm ok ;)

I think the truth is, aside from the commercial aspect, as long as it's not interfering with the enjoyment of other spectators or their safety, then pragmatism rules.

Next time I might use my 'other lens'...Image

No need for Barnes to be flick the V at the Saints defence! And they say its players not having enough respect for the officials that is a problem!

A bit worrying that the Glaws replacements were actually encroaching on the field of play as the try was scored. Is there any way that could have caused the try to be disallowed?

I assume not - it happens all the time in every game
