I think 3 weeks is about right. I personally don't think it was intentional, more clumsy than anything else.
The scrum is basically one guy pushing two guys heads up three guy's arses.

To me it looked more like Burns failed to have control over the tackle through (relative) lack of strength and technique, but at the pace of the game these things will occur sadly, especially when the opponent changes direction quickly and you don't have time to set yourself up. I don't think there was any malice intended at all.

What would the reaction be from everyone saying there was intent to spear him if it was a Glaws player who made that tackle and got a 3 week ban? (Rhetorical question)
