They are at it again.
Trying to get a foothold locally. The Scots have spotted an opportunity seemingly.
Look what happened before. Their forwards couldn't break through defence.

Putting a positive spin on it though wouldn't it mean that we have a precedent to follow and if Altrad were to renew his interest in Glos then he'd be more likely to get approval for a takeover?

I get what you're saying but vengeance, retribution and any other similar words spring to mind after the shabby & ,imho, vindictive manner in which our Club were treated. First I'd vote against and if it goes through, head straight to CAS, the RFU and WR.

I can't see the RFU sanctioning this . A foreign Union having sovereignty over an RFU club. Seems senseless.

If it was me voting it would be yes playing the nice guy card. And then we could use it in any further negotiations

If there is such a vote, then Gloucester must vote in it's best interests.

Would Scottish players go for Gloucester or Worcester after the SRU has settled into ownership of Warriors?

We've had a good stream of Scots at CG over the years, Ian Smith, Ali Strockosh, Rory Lawson, Grieg Laidlaw, Jim Hamilton, Scot Lawson, Ali Dickinson to name but a few.

Would it make it harder to attract talent to Kingsholm when they could live in Cheltenham for both clubs, with presumably a better chance playing for Scotland if they are a Warrior.

Would a 'bigger' Warriors dip into Gloucester's catchment area for supporters?

The hard nosed approach would be to vote no, where a yes vote could be for the greater good.

What happened to Gloucester is in the past. Move on up.

Any vindictiveness or vengeance, whilst potentially satisfying, would be short term minded.

Positive advantage this weather curling on the car park.

Do the RFU have any say in this, it's a Premier Rugby issue isn't it?
