Fair, just a thought but would it be the worst thing in the world if we weren't to qualify?

As long as we maintain performance levels, and get a few wins to keep our momentum going, then if we were to end up having a few rest weekends in the new year whilst clubs around us at the top of the table are still competing in the Champions cup then it should help us with a top 4 finish.

Do they have the same nonsense in place as last year whereby if a lower ranked side won away in the quarter-final they got to host the semi-final? If so, and we finished as a qualifying runner-up. we could get to play the semi-final at Fortress Kingsholm.

Yes, as the European finals are being held in Bilbao, it would be the worst thing in the world if we don't get to the final!
