It doesn’t quite manage to convey just how cold it was! Thought things had gone a bit downhill at the ground since our last visit - pre cooked mergelers at 6€ each, freezing cold euro fizz, no wine or other alcoholic refreshments, no replay of scores on the big screen and poor attendance from the home supporters. Luckily there were enough Glos to give it some atmosphere and the Agen squad never gave up to at least make the game entertaining.

I thought it was a nice touch when Trinder and Purdy were chasing HT's kick through neck and neck - and HT tapped Purdy on the back to say 'you take it' - nice bit of unselfish team play
