For all those fancying a trip to Bilbao for the final, forget it if you haven't already booked. There isn't a single hotel room available anywhere within 50 miles of the place unless you want to pay £1000 a night

I was just looking at flights. Doesn’t look the easiest or cheapest place to get to. Any ideas on flight options? Fly somewhere else near by?

They've probably been booked by Leinster and Munster fans and the French. When the finalists are known tickets and Hotels will suddenly become available. It happens every year. Ferry from Portsmouth straight in to Bilbao.

I am a 10 1/2hr drive away, so I will probably get a direct flight from Malaga to Bilbao with www.vueling.com
I have in the past driven from my place up to Bilbao to catch the ferry that Baz mentioned... It is a very long way and I have decided that I am getting too old for that kind of lark nowadays!
