Thinking he's still the only one to have played in 3 Cup Finals ??....
Good thread !
Not quite the same, but John Afoa played in all 3 Challenge Cup finals
Don't think John played against London Irish in 2006!!

John Gadd, without a doubt head and shoulders above any blindside back in those days : Bath's Simpson and Moseley's Jeavons were a pale impersonation...a complete travesty.
Tony Windo : what a legend for us then went onto Worcester and played another 200 odd games for them : remember watching him for our Utd with Deacs on the other side.....Kev white and Kev Dunn between the two : happy days !
James Forrester
Chris Catling
Nic Wood
Henry Trinder
and definitely, last but certainly not least, especially being one of only 4 Glos players to have played 500+ games for the Club : Richard Mogg : he could still teach some of our current fancy-dans how to tackle !!!

Good thread !
Forrester was capped

Thanks for posting that - very interesting trip down memory lane. Didn't we have a back capped by Trinidad and Tobago back in the late 90's though?

Whoever was outside centre shouted over to him as the scrum went down - "hey, Mikey you're in this one!" - Gloucester used sophisticated codes in those days.
