If 1/2p is missing simple kicks at goal what else does he offer at international level? He is solid but unspectacular and limits the attacking threat imvho.

Have another look. Two missed kicks - both admittedly relatively straightforward - but
a) Check out his kicking stats for Wales
b) Watch his second half performance before he was illegally smashed
Pence is still brilliant.

David. Historically he is a definitely world class kicker but today he was unusually poor with even the ones he kicked not looking convincing. I'm sure it is a one off but I am playing devil's advocate.
As an international back 3 player be lacks pace and has done since he bulked up. He is good under the high ball and usually kicks from hand well. However Wales look better with Liam Williams or Anscombe at 15 and my point is that they sacrifice that for 1/2p kicking. Just my opinion.

I would rather talk about Underhill: Tommy’s boy, born in USA.
However, Cardiff properly-educated, and thus, surely, surely he has to be, er, Welsh?!
Pretty damn good, anyway, for a Barf player. Up there today with Tips.

Is anyone else showing the Ireland game apart from Channel 4? Heaslip is an awful pundit, seems to be watching something else from the rest of us???

There looked to be some extremely drunk and 'dodgy' types in the ground...just as there were at Twickenham. Really more of a football crowd than a rugby one (IMO, of course)
