Any idea why Hartpury home games are so often the same time as Glos home games??? That’s the chance of a few hundred extra on the gate missed every time - makes zero sense to me.

Championship games are set before the season starts, when TV comes along and moves Premiership games to clash it is hard to get agreement to move them.

Agree that the regular clash of Hartpury with Glos games is madness. I'm sure even the oppo would rather play in front a slightly larger crowd.
And as the game against Richmond is now a big fixture, it would have been good chance for them to galvanize some local support.
