Was it just me, or did anyone else have an overwhelming urge to belt out an “eeyore” after his amusing memory lapse during the Lost in Music story??

Amazing concert, the man is a genuine legend

In my view it was 100 times better than Fridays Olly Murs concert. Helps that I knew the songs of course :D

Went to both concerts over the weekend. Olly Murs was very good, but Nile Rodgers was different class! The weather helped (or hindered in the case of Friday) but you could see that he and the band were on the top of their game. Kimberley Davis (the blond haired singer) is imho as good as any singer you will ever see.

Shame that the attendance was not as big as Friday.

Was an excellent concert. So many collaborations with so many people means that you really know his work, despite often not knowing that he is involved. I thought he was great, love it when an act appears to enjoy what they do. I danced most of the evening.

For those of you who liked the act, I can tell you that Gloucester Rugby are rubbing event shoulders with LA Hollywood Bowl as a venue, for he has a concert on July the fourth here. I’m off to see ELO tonight at the Honda Center and I’ve talked to loads of Brits already but no Glos fans so far. :D
