Good to see Aaron Hinkley got a touchdown in this hammering of the green and golds.

Well the Aussies lost their winger to a red card after two minutes for a head tackle.
I started off with nothing and I’ve still got most of it left.

Very concerning the number of red cards in this tournament for head tackles.
Poor technique/coaching or are there new rules that might need tweaking?

Think it was their No 8 but same difference, played nearly all match with 14.

So, Aussies top pool with 1 point more than England. Dont know how it works in these pools but did letting 14-man Aus get a bonus point try against us prevent us from qualifying for the semis ?

England finished with two points less than table toppers Australia and one point behind second placed Ireland. Only the three group winners and best runner up got through to the Semi Finals. Before the Aussie match England had already blown any chance of getting in the Semis with defeat to Ireland and not getting a bonus point in win over Italy. England now are playing for fifth spot at tournament. They have a chance to get revenge over Ireland (on Monday) and then hopefully play winners of Mini All Blacks or Wales for fifth.

A very poor tournament from England, ill discipline and poor denfence cost them a lot. Was Azam still acting as forwards coach?
