If you look on YouTube the live duet with Myles Kennedy is even better.

Sitting on the decking with the wife with a few lovely drinks in the Vendée, listening to all your music again. Doesn’t get much better, thanks to all!!!

Cheers!

You're welcome. We could do with a few more entries though.

London Grammar - Hey Now
Iron Maiden - The Wicker man (rock in rio)
Flogging Molly - The devils dancefloor
Nathaniel Ratelife - S.O.B
Joe Bonamassa - Sloe Gin

Book(most recently read) - David Attenborough- Life stories

Ok, been off doing other things for a few months, so time to join the party late again. In no particular order:

Manic Street Preachers - Prologue to History
Prince - Purple Rain
Beatles - While My Guitar Gently Weeps (though that version on Youtube with Prince, Tom Petty and Stevie Winwood blows my mind every time though!)
Stereophonics - Dakota
Florence and the Machine - Delilah
Maximo Park - Books From Boxes
Falco - Amadeus
Carl Orff - Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi: O Fortuna

Book: The Ground Beneath her Feet by Salman Rushdie
Luxury: A big Crocodile Dundee style "that's not a knife, this is a knife!" type knife
One to keep is O Fortuna

Wow Beddis, I've often thought no-one else had ever heard of this band, let alone loves this song too. They weren't ever that big, but I do remember seeing them in 2002 in a dingey underground club in Munich.

Thanks Kingfisher. I'd completely forgotten about London Grammar. Very much enjoyed their first album so will look out for more.

Can't remember what I put in last year but I will try and go off piste a little:-

Dan Baird & Homemade Sin - Licka Sense
Great White - Saint Lorraine
Thunder - Amy's on the run
Steel Panther - The burden of being wonderful (NB this track is fit for all ages unlike much of their stuff!)
Black Stone Cherry - Cheaper to drink alone
Rush - Nobody's hero
Skin - Look but don't touch

Book: Bruce Dickinson - What does this button do?
