To a certain extent, until I see something apart from a twitter post that hasn’t been substantiated....it is sticks and stones.

I've trawled the net this evening and have yet to see any news channel covering it, bar the original reporter on twitter, and see no evidence of any investigation nor citing, as one reply said on the original twitter post. I suppose we'll have to wait and see.

If you look on the world rugby u20 championship page and go to discplinary it does say van see merwe has been cited for verbal abuse in breach of law 9.12.

And back to the rugby.....
Watched the France v NZ game last night and what a fantastic game it was, best game of the tournament by a mile with some quality defence from both teams. Had I not known the result I would have agreed with Flats at halftime that the ABs would have felt that they had got out of jail with only being 3 points down but France came back out and dominated the next 30 mins as well. Sqeeky bum time for the last 10 mins though as the ABs finally got some possession albeit deep in their own half and if they hadn't butchered the late try opportunity who knows what would have happened.
The French 7 and 8 were awesome and their scrum and driving maul play will be a real concern for England but I hope they stick to their offloading game in which case it should be a cracking final. If only the senior French team would play like this!
If you are ever jaded after a long season of rugby I always recommend the u20s to remind you of the more simple joys of this great game.

Surprised nobody has mentioned Gloucester have four players involved in tonights final.
Henry Walker and Alex Seville starting, Ciaran Knight and Aaron Hinkley on the bench.
