Scarlets v Ulster

Scarlets v Ulster

Just seen a no arms tackle by Ulster 6 on Scarlets 7; direct shoulder to head. French ref gives penalty only citing the ball carrier dipping and tackler staying upright. Irish commentator saying it’s accidental and the right decision made. Funny that, they weren’t saying that when Danny got his red against Munster. Consistency in this area is a complete joke but then we know that already.

As l said before.....give the ball to a runner, target their star player and make sure your head hits his shoulder. He’s off and happy days.
This area of the Law is a joke.
Personally, l think the ref got that call spot on.
