Of course being biased I’d vote Ackermann.

+1 on both counts

I would have to vote for McCall with shout outs for Baxter, Ackermann and Lam.

McCall's record is excellent with Saracens being competitive both at home and in Europe. Furthermore, Saracens were winners of the A league and runners up in the Premiership Cup. This is not to mention the conveyor belt of talent coming through their academy.

McCall is, for me, the standout D o R.

I would be the stand out DofR with his £500 million a year budget ;)

Surely Dai Young is the Ricoh Director of Rugby this season?......

The salary cap rumours are what would stop me voting for McCall but he has done a fantastic job of getting highly paid stars to gel as a team and seems to have a great team/squad attitude and spirit which is not easy.
