Fingers crossed that rain ruins all other games this weekend! The key gap will be to third and looking at the other teams I can see Glouc having plenty of breathing space heading into the return fixtures.
Still, four in five and unbeaten this season. Terrific stuff.

Rounding up today, Somerset beat Hants and Leicestershire and Surrey had a high scoring draw, this leaves Glouc and Somerset comfortable at the top of Group 2. Glouc's 95pts is more than anyone in all groups.
All makes the next fixture - Somerset in Bristol - super important as it won't just all but guarantee Glouc's place in the top table and a shot at the County Championship, but give Glouc a load of points going into that table should they win and Somerset also get through.

Does anyone know if the free live streaming of games will continue given that fans are allowed in grounds?
I've really enjoyed the coverage especially as there is no way I can attend a game this season.

Looking at the weather forecast, it doesn't look like too bad a weekend for GCCC to not have a game and let four other teams lose a good chance to close the gap in pair of damp draws.
No play yesterday at Taunton, but Mddx did their best to help Hamps make the most of limited play, ending 90/4 at HQ.
