I thought the same but in fairness this is rugby at the very highest level, he certainly put in a good shift today.
I’m glad he is an influential GR player and look forward to him returning to CG fit and ready to go again. He has a great engine and has helped our squad immeasurably.
Possibly our MVP?

Wouldn’t argue with any of that Chalker.
Wouldn’t be surprised if NZ meet SA in final, SA start Lood de Jagger for that extra weight and bring Mostert off the bench

Probably saving himself for the more important games later in the season when he's back here :lol:

FOX Sports must be struggling, they have Stuart Barnes as their Studio expert for the Italy game.

He's just tipped Scotland to beat Ireland later ... now he's the sort of chap who will definitely have had a bet or three on the tournament :lol:

Enjoyable game to watch that. Jake looked good when he came on. Shame Braley didn't get some minutes.

Was Braley even on the bench? Jake was immense when he came on and scored a great try off back of the maul.

If the world was a really rational place, it would be men that would ride side saddle
