I'm not sure what Garces is supposed to have done wrong. Synckler is under huge pressure and being turned.

The tackle on Billy was a lifting of the leg that directly landed him on his shoulder. Why no TMO intervention? Yellow in my view under the current rules

He should have won a penalty two sets before that though. Dont think Garces is having a bad one though.
am watching on a dodgy feed with no replays so any thoughts about the lift tackle against Billy a little earlier ?
