Initially I thought yellow as the 12 was slipping down. Looking at the replay Moriarty went in high, before the slip. Maybe it was not judged to be "with force"?

Going to be a real tough ask from here. French have lost a lot of games in the second half. AWJ needs to step up...you would hardly think he was on the pitch.
