Let's all be grateful that De Klerk was on the other side of the planet and not in Manchester yesterday!

The maul for the Faf de Klerk try was a thing of beauty. Would love to see Marx in C&W.

Immense power in that second half, Wales will need to up their game from today’s viewing!

Thanks Japan, you’ve been incredible hosts by all accounts and played some of the best rugby in the competition! Long may the sport continue to grow

Irrespective of who wins the RWC, I'd say that Japan have been the 'Team of the Tournament ' simply on their application, invention and general performance which has been first class entertainment.

Get you money on Wales to win the thing, they clearly have lady luck on their side. Ross could have seen red and the try had to stay with the on field decision due to lack of conclusive evidence. However England needed a game like this in 2003 (against Wales) so perhaps this is there time......
That said I thought the Boks were pretty awesome and I am not sure where Wales are going to find their advantages.

Shame the 1/4's were not France v Japan and SA v W as the Frencha and Japan boys played some lovely attacking and inventive stuff. However brawn and nous won again and such is the way of the modern game. The card was key as they usually are. It is a shame the end of the game was a tad controversial. Difficult to see past a NZ/ SA final . I'm not sure Wales can keep riding their luck in tight games but they are hanging in there. NZ haven't been tested yet as Ire were fairly dire with errors etc. However they have the pedigree and overall form and usually find the answers. It will give Eng a proper test whatever the result.

Gets involved..

I know, I know: :D   it makes less and less sense with each game, but just to repeat, as a sort of mantra now, I guess:
Wales to beat NZ in the Final.

I still believe, as I have done for quite a while that it will be an England v SA final. Fingers crossed

Nz V sa final with SA to win a close contest, I said back in the spring I thought SA would win, just cant see england having a game plan to beat nz, if we play ford at ten they will run over him all day and they will rub Farrell up and make him lose his cool

As long as Wales don’t win, we’ll never hear the end of it and besides, l don’t think Max Boyce could make another comeback.

They don’t like it up ‘em.
