What a wonderful game of rugby and what a fantastic performance by England. They look unstoppable. Now to tomorrow and let’s hope for a Wales win to set up a tasty RWC final. Well done Eddie you got it right.

Thought you’d have gone for Whitelock :x

Whenever you are asked, ‘Do you want a piece of advice?’ it is a mere formality. It doesn’t matter if you answer yes or no. You’re going to get it anyway.

Ford was pretty much flawless today, despite Youngs passing. Shame to see Willi crocked.

England team performance so much better, the two flankers astonishingly good, McCaw hasn’t been replaced and the two openside option won through.

Hanson demonstrated he didn’t have the tactical nous to change things, perhaps the last two cups have been won by simply having the far better players.

Jones got it right when it mattered, now bring on the boks

England completely outplayed NZ, but they, NZ, were god awful for most of that match, slow slow ball, no go forward and completely dominated by Itoje, Underhill and Curry at the breakdown.

Heinz limping badly at the end, Ford to sub as No9 for the final ?

NZ were poor because England made it that way

Superb. Brilliant effort. What a game. Dread to think what my blood pressure was for the final 10 minutes.

Right, then - follow that this afternoon, Glaws (and Wales tomorrow morning).

Silly comment about Youngs pass Beddis. He was outstanding.

That was possibly the most complete performance I can remember seeing from England. 19-7 flattered the ABs hugely, who got away with murder at the breakdown and had umpteen forward passes ignored by the ARs. We seriously could have won by 40!

I have always been a huge critic of Jones but I’ll eat humble pie. Whatever happens in the final England have been superb IMO.
